Our Denplan Payment Plans
The fees set out below are provided for guidance. Occasionally due to the complexity of your treatment these fees may be vary. If this is the case, it will be discussed in detail with you and fully detailed on the treatment plan you receive prior to consent.

With both Denplan options you will receive a discount if more that 1 member of the family join on the same direct debit payment. We have literature at reception for more information or you could visit the website on: www.denplan.co.uk - We are a Denplan plus practice and therefore there will be no initial administration cost to yourself (Usually £15.00)
Cancelling Appointments
Please contact us on 01253 731800 if you need to cancel. When cancelling please give us 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer the time to someone waiting for treatment. We may make a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency during practice hours, please contact the practice immediately. We will always endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day. If you require emergency treatment outside surgery hours, please telephone the practice where you will hear a message detailing the specific arrangements for that day.
